Summary

Seal (1997) in "what is stress" says that stress is the physical and emotion reaction to a situation or stimuli. There are some causes such as calamity, accident, and major events of life which are stressors. when we are under stress, our body and mind react to cope with stress. There are three steps to react to stressors. The first step is 'alarm reaction' which is to prepare our body from stress. And next step is 'resistance' to react about stress. The last is 'exhaustion that appear when you fail the second step. However human's reactions are different from animals in that there are various reactions for various sttuation and stimuli. Because every people has their own character.
